ABSTRACT
This study sheds light on the controversial Sino-American relationship that dates back to the nineteenth century and which developed significantly and may result in a major war which in the researcher's view is greater than both world wars combined between the two countries or the continuation of the new cold war between them or an agreement on The principle of interests, or sparing the world to a major war according to an ethical legal framework.
